Grand Theft Auto VI’s Second Trailer Drummed Up A Staggering 475 Million Views In Its First Day

Rockstar Games‘ second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI attracted an earth-shattering 475 million views in its first day, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed.

The new trailer reveals plenty of footage of the game’s sumptuously detailed Vice City setting, as well as a greater emphasis on Jason Duval, who is the second protagonist alongside Lucia. For comparison’s sake, the original GTA VI trailer from 2023 attracted 93 million views during its first day.

However, GTA VI’s latest trailer smashed records for the biggest video launch of all time, surpassing even Deadpool & Wolverine (365 million in its first 24 hours) and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which hit more than 200 million views in the same period of time.
